Dammenberg’s story began in 1994 with a small chocolate factory founded by Marko Iso-Kungas, a diabetic food technology engineer, and his wife Kirsi, a nurse specializing in allergies.
With personal dedication and development, they became Europe’s first manufacturer focusing exclusively on nut-free, gluten-free, egg-free, and GMO-free chocolates. At Dammenberg, they treat chocolate passionately, with eternal love.
Today, their delicacies are enjoyed from the Nordic countries to Central Europe, the USA, Japan, and the Arabian Peninsula.
